This Platform is a service provided by EcoMap Technologies and governed by our Standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In this document, this Platform is referred to as the EcoMap.

Log Files
Standard website log data used for operations and analytics.
EcoMap follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites, which is a common part of hosting services' analytics.
The information collected by log files may include internet protocol addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider, date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information and is used for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Communications Policy
How EcoMap uses contact data for account, service, and marketing communications.
All personal data is processed and stored securely for no longer than necessary in light of the reason for which it was first collected. EcoMap safeguards user privacy rights and responds to data requests through support@ecomap.tech.
EcoMap may use personal data to provide and manage accounts, provide access to the site, personalize product and service experiences, communicate platform updates, send opted-in emails, perform market research, and improve the site and user experience.

DMCA Copyright Policy
Procedures for reporting copyright infringement and counter-notifications.
EcoMap respects the intellectual property rights of others and prohibits users from uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights.
If you believe materials accessible on or from our application infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials or disabled access by submitting written notification to EcoMap's designated Copyright Agent.
If you receive a DMCA Notice from EcoMap and believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The DMCA allows restoration between ten and fourteen business days after receipt of a Counter-Notice if the original complaining party does not file a court action within ten business days.
